A Yes. We offer full component selection flexibility for OEM orders. Motor options include Bafang, Bosch, Shimano, and other major brands in 250W-750W configurations (hub or mid-drive). Battery options include Samsung, LG, or custom cell configurations in 36V/48V with 10Ah-20Ah capacity. Brake options include Tektro, Shimano, and hydraulic disc systems. Drivetrain options span Shimano Tourney to XT range. Component selection affects unit price, lead time (based on supplier availability), and MOQ. Our engineering team provides component compatibility recommendations during the specification phase to ensure optimal performance and certification compliance.

A Yes. For OEM orders with MOQ 500+ units, we offer custom frame design with exclusive tooling. Our 30+ R&D engineers work from your design files (CAD, PDF, or hand sketches) to produce: frame geometry validation, structural analysis, prototype tooling, and sample frames. Custom tooling cost depends on frame complexity (typically $8,000-$25,000 per frame type) and is partially or fully refundable against mass production volume targets. For orders below 500 units, we recommend selecting from our existing frame library with customization of color, decals, and components. Custom frame development adds 30-45 days to the standard lead time for the first order.

A Yes. Custom packaging is available for all OEM orders. Options include: custom color box design with your brand artwork, branded user manuals in your target market language, custom accessory kits (tools, charger, keys), and retail-ready packaging for e-commerce fulfillment. Packaging design must be confirmed 15 days before mass production begins. For Amazon and e-commerce sellers, we offer FBA-compliant packaging with appropriate labeling, ASIN/SKU barcodes, and DDP shipping to Amazon fulfillment centers. Custom packaging adds minimal cost ($0.50-$2.00 per unit depending on complexity) and is included in the unit price quotation.

A Yes. Cybic offers smart e-bike development as part of our R&D capabilities.
