A All Cybic e-bike models carry the following certifications: EN15194 (EU EPAC standard), CE (EU conformity marking), FCC (US electromagnetic compatibility), RoHS (hazardous substance compliance), and UN38.3 (battery transport safety). Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Additional certifications available upon request include UL (US electrical safety), BSCI (social compliance), and Sedex (ethical sourcing). All certification documents can be provided during the quotation phase. We verify that certifications match your specific target market requirements before production begins.

A Yes. All our e-bike models are EN15194 certified — the EU standard for Electrically Power Assisted Cycles (EPAC). EN15194 compliance covers: maximum continuous rated power (250W), maximum speed (25 km/h), electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and mechanical safety. Our EN15194 certification is verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. We provide the full certification documentation (test reports, certificates, technical files) required for EU customs clearance and market entry. For models with motors above 250W or speeds above 25 km/h (for non-EU markets), different certifications apply — discuss your target market with our team.

A Yes. For the US market, our e-bikes comply with CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) requirements for bicycles and electric bicycles. This includes mechanical safety standards, reflector requirements, and labeling compliance. Battery packs carry UN38.3 certification for transport safety and FCC certification for electromagnetic compliance. For US-bound orders, we also ensure compliance with state-specific e-bike class regulations (Class 1, 2, 3) where applicable. All battery packs used in our e-bikes carry the following certifications required for international shipping: UN38.3 (UN transport safety test — mandatory for air, sea, and land transport of lithium batteries), RoHS (restriction of hazardous substances), FCC (US electromagnetic compliance), and CE (EU compliance). Battery packs are also certified under the IECEE CB Scheme for international recognition. We provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), UN38.3 test summaries, and battery labels compliant with IATA/IMDG regulations. These documents are essential for customs clearance and safe transport — all provided as part of our standard shipping documentation package.
