By 2018, we intensified collaborations with partners and expanded our product lines to encompass a broader range of electric and traditional bicycles. The company consistently advocated for sustainable development, dedicating efforts to promote eco-friendly commuting solutions for our clients.
Facility Expansion in Tianjin
In 2019, our production capabilities grew with the establishment of a factory in Baitai Industrial Park, Jinnan District, covering an expansive area of 30,000 square meters. The facility boasted dedicated workshops for alloy frame and fork production, along with four painting production lines.
Strengthening European Presence
Building on partnerships, 2020 saw the consolidation of collaborations with factories in Romania, the Czech Republic, and Poland. This strategic move enhanced our control over production and manufacturing capabilities within the European market.
Assembly Facility in Poland
In 2022, we established an assembly facility in Poland, laying the groundwork for the construction of frame and painting factories within the next two years. This initiative aimed at further strengthening our manufacturing foothold in Europe.
Innovations with Liquid Forging Technology
In 2023, we invested in cutting-edge liquid forging technology in Daliao, enhancing our production capabilities. This groundbreaking technology allowed for weld-free assembly, achieving a level of forged body quality unprecedented in the industry. The improved aesthetics garnered praise from international clients.
